This car company I never got a loan from, I never signed anything with this company and never even spoke to them. This company refuses to provide the original documents. I have no idea who they are and how they claim I have a car from them. I asked for the original paperwork and they refused to give me the original contract. I reported it to XXXX and we got nowhere.This is not fair and this is hurting my score.
