It started with a {$25.00} deposit sent by a friend. I had no access to it for over eight hours. Everytime I try to use my card it declines despite having money in it. I received my normal weekly check hours after the {$25.00} and as the previous deposit I could not access it. Ive been able to make two transactions in 24 hours. Since my last I have had no such luck. Ive contacted the live chat, they said to call fraud prevention. I call fraud prevention and my account is not flagged. I called customer service and they recommended it to a different department. Yet another day has gone by and I still have XXXX access, and no response. I initiated another live chat today and informed them I needed a supervisor to reach out. They said they werent sure of the time frame but hopefully Ill get an email soon then disconnected the chat after I told them I was going to get a lawyer and move to have my account closed if I had to wait another twenty four hours. The rep closed the chat on me. Needless to say these people do not care.
