I wrote a letter to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX requesting a copy of the agreement that I allegedly signed giving them permission to report my information to the credit reporting agencies XXXX, XXXX, Equifax and XXXX with my signature wet or electronic. I was sent two letters back reflecting both of the accounts that I had with them. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX responded back with two letters stating that they do NOT keep copies of contracts/ application more than 25 months and electronically which would prove that I did/did not give permission to furnish my information to the credit reporting agencies or agree that I have the right to OPT in or OPT out. I called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX and advised XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX since they were not able to show proof that the alleged original contract between myself and there company exists and that I was not given the legal right to OPT out of having my information furnished to all credit reporting agencies. I am legal given they opportunity to opt in or out of have my information furnished according FCRA. I have demanded on several occasions to delete the two accounts from All credit reporting agencies. They refuse. I have also called XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax to remove the accounts and was met with lies and was hung up on even though I was nice and polite.
