According to the CRA 's I have been told that I a CONSUMER owes on a debt with CAPITAL ONE Credit Card. I have never been given a copy of the agreement that would verify I have been made aware that I owe. Who is the Original Credit and is there some type paper work that I have signed documentation that validates such debt. Cease and desist till there is some type of XXXX XXXX that will help me go after the real guilty party in this matter. Please do Not send me a Statement it is an can not be proof that I have done business with CAPITAL ONE.
