For the past several months I have noted an increased amount of alerts from all three credit bureaus as well as incomplete accounts being listed as well. Some accounts are showing duplicate listings for the same exact debt and I had an account appear from 2006 which has long been resolved and is paid in full. When I reach out to XXXX, the representatives do not have adequate knowledge on the statute of limitations and could not explain why some listed accounts are incomplete and missing vital information. This is of great concern to me as I am in the process of repairing my credit as well as dealing with breaches in the sharing of my personal information. I am requesting this investigation as the credit bureaus should be following the same policies, protocols, and regulations as the general public is held accountable for.
