My escrow account is showing payments for a lot higher than my taxes that were not made and did not pay my taxes for XXXX or XXXX. I brought this to their attention and they paid them. I requested they fix my escrow account and refund me for fees related to late payments. They referred to them as supplemental taxes and said I was responsibe for the fees and penalties. I sent them forms from the Tax appraisors office and the county tax site showing they were the only taxes and the only payments received by the tax office for my property. I have turned it over to my brother in law to speak to them on my behalf but would still like to file a complaint as I have been dealing with this since XXXX. I am attaching their records as well as mine. If they made payments, it was not on my taxes
