On XX/XX/2023, I redeemed cashback rewards totaling {$110.00} from my credit card to my checking account ( see image XXXX ). I received in my checking account {$1.00} on XX/XX/2023 ( see image XXXX ). This was clearly the wrong amount, so I contacted them via their secure message system on the same day ( see image XXXX ). They responded XX/XX/2023 indicating a dispute had been initiated, and they would follow up with a response by mail ( see XXXX ). I called their customer service line XX/XX/2023 to follow up on the dispute. I was told they had recognized the issue, but were still working through it. I followed up XX/XX/2023 via secure message since I had still not received a response or update. They replied with more or less the same response about the dispute on XX/XX/2023 ( see XXXX ). I called later that day to inquire further. The CS rep I spoke with mentioned they had a fix in progress, and that I should see my deposit soon. She also mentioned others were affected by this issue. As of today, XX/XX/2023, I still have not received the full amount I redeemed. While I understand they have an issue in their system, it is clear they recognize the problem, but they have not taken steps to make me whole. It's been almost 40 days since I redeemed my cashback, and me receiving it should not depend on them tracking down a bug in their own system.
