Monday, XX/XX/XXXX Nordstrom closed my account without notifying me. I had bill paid on this credit card which is a Nordstrom Visa card. ( Good thing I called regarding receiving a new card ) I spoke with several reps and managers and was told due to my credit score, they would not issue me a new card. I reviewed my Nordstrom report online which states I was in good standing paying on time and my credit score probably was not reported correctly by XXXX. I was a member since XXXX, I was devastated by Nordstrom closing my account which I used to pay my bills. Also, I noticed online Nordstrom has a blacklist for consumers which they use to close their accounts. I was never notified was makes the decision disheartening and I thought I was a valuable customer, especially during times when consumers need assistance. Nordstrom is looking out for themselves and no I have to pay a credit card that I can not not use.
