Approx. XX/XX/XXXX filed a dispute with XXXX after collection account showed up and I questioned account? XXXX did a request and returned an answer on or about XX/XX/XXXX. The amount in question was for {$520.00} for lab services. The answer was that they noted I disputed but was done under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Three days [ letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ] a letter arrived from the company Radius Global Solutions, LLC requesting data and stating they did contact credit bureau, XXXX to state I disputed information. Now, they want information to submit. This should have been done prior to submission. The collection agency and lab company are aggressive and will not do due diligence. This bill was done in error by doctor submitting and corrected per a phone call by patient. I assume the lab company did not verify nor did doctor remove because of payment by insurance company.
