Consumer Narrative
on XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX adds a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX and XXXX. Upon my further research, this account was transferred/ sold from one account to XXXX XXXX and i as a consumer is no longer by law responsible for this account after it has been transferred. Besides Debtor 's Creditor did not verify this collection by providing proof of licensing to collect in my state, by identifying the proof of limitation, likewise XXXX XXXX did not verify my debt validation, and which shows XXXX XXXX has violated my rights as a consumer and making me look bad and ruining my credit character, also hindering me from getting a better rate for my house. A bill without any form of verification does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mines. According to the FCRA ( XXXX XXXX ) has completely violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account expeditiously. Account Name : XXXX XXXX Acc # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A states i have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section states : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information, Any other adverse item of information, other than record of conviction of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A Person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
