On XX/XX/2022 I submitted information in regards to inaccurate information being reported on my credit report. I was also informed by the US Bankruptcy Court of Chicago that they do not report any information to the Credit bureaus in regards to a consumer. I ( the Consumer ) haven't given any written permission for anyone including Equifax, XXXX and XXXX to report any of the items listed in this report on my credit report according to 15 US Code 1681B therefore my character as a consumer has been violated and tournished. There was no proper investigation taken by no credit bureau to verify this information and it has been more than 6 months since I first reported it. PLEASE REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT REPORT OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION. THIS IS AGAINST THE FCRA AND MY CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED. I WILL IN ADDITION REPORT THIS FRAUDULENT ACT TO THE XXXX AS WELL.
