A few years back an account was open under my name without my knowledge.The account was overdrawn and charged off. When i had found out I notified them and reported it as identity theft. I got a letter in the mail saying that I was not responsible for it and will be able to open a new account if I wanted to. To this day i am still not able to open an account with them which is very frustrating and not fair!!
