I disputed 2 transactions that fall under regulation E for chime to receive a provisional credit that was due XXXX XXXX. I even have recordings of the reps telling me it should come XXXX XXXX, but chime continues to give me the run around. I filed with the XXXX as well and Im about to respond to my complaint with the XXXX after I send this complaint. I had to call 4 times today and I have yet to receive a resolution. I have it documented with recordings from dispute reps saying that Im indeed due for a provisional credit for XX/XX/2023. I can even send the recordings via email.
