I had informed XXXX verbally that my charges from an unknown illness in XXXX of XXXX was now in a bankruptcy filed XXXX XXXX. I went in, XXXX of XXXX, for a suspected broken foot and was informed of a {$1000.00} charge from XX/XX/XXXX still pending. I told them that it was not accurate and called and left a voicemail with their billing. A few months ago, I receieved a collections notice from this company. I asked for them to itemize it as it was not accurate and the charges from XX/XX/XXXX needed to be discharged into the bankruptcy. I paid about half the XX/XX/XXXX balance off and only {$300.00} was left. They did not provide me with the information I requested and instead sent it straight to collections. I now can not get an answer from this debt agency.
