My credit score on my transunion report recently went down by XXXX points. Ive called 3 times to question the reason for decrease. Each representative gave me a different reason why that I disputed as it did not make sense. One rep advised that it was because Id been paying down my debt to aggressively, another rep advised it was because one card had a utilization rate over 50 %. When I transferred the balance the utilization rate was over 75 % and Ive diligently been paying it off. This would not cause my score to decrease XXXX pts in one month. Lastly I was told it was because I paid off a collection account. All of these are just causes for my score to INCREASE! After stating my case repeatedly they agreed they couldnt understand the cause of the decrease and to call the CFPB for help. I am hoping you can please help me investigate this matter.
