I had a lease with Ford motor credit. I paid my lease payments up to date and during Covid I was struggling and contacted them to lower my payments. During this conversation they introduced a voluntary early termination to me. They introduced to me as a way to return the truck and have it clear up my remaining lease balance. They did not inform me it would destroy my credit and then they also charged me XXXX after the fact with an apology after I was told the auction would cover the balance since I was current. They screwed up big time! Took my truck, auctioned it. And then stuck me with a bill. Destroying my credit, and then sued me. Today at the hearing they asked for with the judge they did not show up for it. Im so sick of these jokers and XXXX from these people. I want this off my credit and an apology I dont owe them a thing. Attached I copied one of the interrogatory responses and the copy of the hearing they did not show up for. I took the entire day off of work to be here. This is XXXX!
