Experian is in violation of so many FCRA codes its insane. They are receiving the letters requesting incomplete and inaccurate information on the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX credit report to be removed. I puzzled how an account can be reported as past due and yet be " charged off ''. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer or consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Experian is reporting this false information without my consent and it is affecting my livelihood. They go on these public websites and extract information and sell it for profit as if I do not have a right to privacy. Moreover, credit may not treat a payment on a credit account under an open ended consumer credit plan as late for any purpose yet they continue to put these negative marks on the credit report. I have no choice but to file suit.
