My loans have been discharged due to total and permanent XXXX status. I have inqured and requested when these will be removed from my credit report as it has been over 7 years and I am still getting the run around about it. As I am not able to obtain employment due to this and I don't qualify for federal or state government XXXX benefits. XXXX the reporting agency has also threatened to keep it on my report for an additional 10 years even though my account is closed and in good standing. I been back and forth with the creditor and dept of education XXXX and the reporting agency XXXX and have not came to an amicable resolution.
