I missed a payment XXXX and I used money gram on XXXX, to make an {$80.00} payment which a {$40.00} late fee was a portion of it, same day service, cost {$8.00}. Genesis FS card service received and process the payment on the XXXX. Yet they reported to the credit bureau I was 30 days late on a payment. I had til XXXX to pay it and not be 30 days late. Its always a problem with Genesis FS card services. They need to be investigated for unfair business practices and their customer service is horrible. I sent a money order to them last year they claim they did not receive it. I mailed two weeks before the due date to be on time and they hit me with a late fee
