I called and spoke with a chime bank representative on Saturday XX/XX/XXXX to let them know that this transaction of {$140.00} is not authorized they gave me a dispute claim number of ( XXXX ) and told me that i would be receiving a credit refund back to my account on 10 days. I never did, they just stone walled me in to a denied claim. i feel chime bank never investigated any claim and mislead me so that i would not do anything about it. I have asked them that stealing my money outright is wrong. I feel that chime bank never disclose the real intention that they have for consumers, chime bank did me dirty... please help me.
