In XX/XX/XXXX I called several times to resolve this matter to delete inaccurate names addresses employments off my consumer report. As per Section 609, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original contract that contains my signature. I did not authorize any individual to submit my name, address, employment, or phone number. Additionally, I have not given Equifax, XXXX, XXXX permission to furnish this information. This is a violation of 15 USC 1681 ( B ) ( C ). Both together and separately my consumer and privacy rights are being violated. The reporting of the inaccurate names, addresses, and employments has violated FCRA Section 607, which requires that only accurate information be reported in a consumers report. Per 15 USC 1692J No one may design, compile and/or furnish any form which creates the false impression that someone other than the creditor is participating in the collection of a debt. The use of these false names addresses employments are given false impressions. I am completely aware that each violation is {$1000.00}, I am prepared to seek litigation for the pain and suffering that this inaccurate misleading information has caused me. I will upload proof of my full name and my accurate address where I want all my disputes sent to the same address.
