XXXX is reporting XXXX as derogatory on my consumer report when Experian is reporting paid. XXXX is reporting this account as a charge off but according to the IRS charger-offs are considered a certificate of indebtedness, which is considered income. Income can not be reported on a consumer report. Also, the fact that the info is not being reported the same across all three agencies is a violation of 15 USC 1681. All info should be reporting fair and accurately according to this code.
