I wrote this company several times about charge off thats on my credit as a credit card claiming monthly payment was made when that is false these are doctor bills that should never been on my credit I have XXXX and XXXX I dont pay for insurance its free and all medical bills are covered on top of that I got a law suit and any medical bills that was left was paid for the credit company failed to investigate they lied and sent a notice stating they investigated when they did not because they would seen that no medical bills should be on my credit this is a violation to hippa rights also I gave nobody permission to release any doctor I seen or any written or verbal right to anyone containing to my medical my lawyer has stepped in because these bills are paid they not supposed to be on my credit at all
