I have sent several disputes to XXXX, XXXX, Transunion stating that an account was not mine and it was due to fraud. I showed proof that this fraud was done by an apartment complex and I showed proof of taking them to court to sue them over fraud. Transunion and XXXX deleted it off my credit report but XXXX refuses to remove it. I even hired a credit repair company to dispute it and they still denied the dispute. I will like XXXX XXXX of {$270.00} removed from my credit report. Also on XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent all 3 credit bureau my accurate name and address along with social and employment and phone number. I asked that any inaccurate information on my credit report to be removed because I fear for future fraudulent activity. I am trying to correct my credit so I can be able to purchase a home in my near future. I sent letters to XXXX, Transunion, XXXX. XXXX still has inaccurate information on my credit report even after me showing proof. I also will like this inaccurate information removed. It has reached the 30 day mark for all corrections since the disputes.
