I called the company which has reported it to all 3 credit bureaus, I was hung up on twice after they repeatedly said they couldnt even locate the account through my social security number or account number listed on the Experian website. Finally my husband called back because I was in tears and he got the same answer they could not locate the account on their end. I told them I would screenshot shot and email what I was looking at and they refused. I told them I was a victim of identity theft that was so severe that I legally had to change my name and now I will be having file for a new social security number but they didnt care they still refused to remove the debt. It is not mine obviously and the fact they couldnt even find it in their system and refused to remove it then hung up on us a third time Im at a loss. My credit has been ruined due to this person stealing my identity. Ive lost everything from my house, my job, XXXX XXXX XXXX and I was insured through Experian who has not compensated me a dime even though their logo is that we will take care of you and your insured for a XXXX dollars. I have police reports, bank statements, XXXX accounts, XXXX accounts, the list is never ending. Now 2 cell phone bills in collections that were opened by 2 different companies 2 months apart in states Ive never lived in. Im begging for help. My credit is already ruined and continues to be ruined. This person opened docial media accounts with my maiden name, and my married name. Has previous address dated back when I was in sixth grade. She has my birthday listed as hers, my parents and children listed as hers. The police have done nothing Ive filed with the FTC already yet Ive received no help at all. XXXX is the insurance company who is supposed to pay out claims for identity theft victims for Experian yet they just ignore me even though they after a thorough investigation they found my identity to in fact to be stolen. The amount of damage and damage that is still going on is priceless. I cant even get a credit card. She dropped my credit from a XXXX to a XXXX. Please Im begging for someone to help me, Ive been XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because of ongoing damage. Just today she hacked my XXXX account, shes hacked two of my email accounts Ive never been able to recover.
