I pulled my credit report and seen that I had inaccurate information reporting on my credit.In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The account listed below has violated my protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C 1681. -Account Name ( XXXX XXXX XXXX IL XXXX XXXX reference number XXXX I reached out several times with certified mail. The second time I got a response and they told me the information was verified. I also sent over a letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXX IL ( # XXXX ) verifying that they do not report to the credit bureaus. So, the investigation was not done properly. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A. I have the rights to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604A Section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
