I took out a private student loan with Wells Fargo XXXX. I stopped payment on it in XX/XX/XXXX, and they have reset the last payment date multiple times, with the last being in XXXX of XXXX. I never made those payments. Doing this is making it stay on my report for 2+ years more then is legally allowed ( 7 years ).
