On or around XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a vehicle through westlake financial services. According to usc 1605k determination of finance charge include sum of all charges. This company violated the FDCPA and truth in lending act and I will like this obligation to be paid in full due to the fraud of this contract. The right to rescind was not included in the contract which by law states every dealership must follow and operate through truth in lending laws which they did not
