On the XXXX of XXXX there was a fraudulent charge of {$8400.00} made to my XXXX XXXX checking account by XXXX rental car. I called the bank to immediately dispute the fraudulent charges. The bank handed over my dispute to an investigator but would not provide me with any further details or even a case number or any contact to follow up. A couple of weeks went by and I got a call from the bank collecting the funds from me stating that my investigation has been closed and I owe the bank the charge.I keep getting harassed by my financial institutions
