On XX/XX/2023 I filed a dispute with my bank at Wells Fargo regarding a transition with The Guarantors. Wells Fargo informed me that they would investigate and a provisional credit was issued. On XX/XX/2023 the provisional credit was reversed and Wells Fargo informed me that the claim was denied. I informed the agent on the phone that I had adequate documentation that I was never allowed to send in as well as correspondence between myself and the original merchant to prove my claim was valid. I was told once we deny a claim its a loss I have compiled all evidence of my disputed transaction and would like my money back. As well as a THOROUGH investigation to take place. Not once was I given the option to submit documents nor was I asked any questions about where or who to call. Im confused as to how this investigation was carried out. If Wells Fargo did their due diligence they would have considered all aspects.
