XX/XX/XXXX An account was open in my name using data that is listed on my job website that was hacked as well. The hacker changed my banking information to unknown Chime account. A police report was made. My job has also tried to get the money sent back. Chime only sent XXXX of XXXX dollars. I have reached out to Chime 3 months straight, uploaded documents as well as identification and yet Chime have not rectified my concern of my refund. My job sent a report to chime to retrieve funds : Duplicate ticket -- Indemnity letter for PP26 was sent to XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. We have not received a response/funds back at this time. We are not authorized to make refunds until the bank returns the money. The money was sent on trace # XXXX with a transfer date of XX/XX/XXXX and effective date of XX/XX/XXXX
