EXPERIAN has a duty to the FCRA to report correct and accurate information on my credit report and file. They, however are NOT. EXPERIAN is reporting XXXX inaccurate late payments for both XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts ending in XXXX and XXXX these include 30 day late payments posted in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and a 60 day late payment posted in XX/XX/XXXX. These are inaccurate and are supposed to be reporting as PAID AS AGREED. Furthermore, in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ), a consumer report does NOT contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the individual making the report. A transaction constitutes these late payments resulting in EXPERIAN violating my federally protected consumer rights. In addition, I did NOT give EXPERIAN written instruction/permission to furnish these inaccurate late payments on my consumer report or file, which violates 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). It is blatant that EXPERIAN violated my federally protected consumer rights under the FCRA and the inaccurate reporting is causing me and my reputation severe harm and discrimination.
