XXXX XXXX XXXX as XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Trustee XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX State Bar Number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX State Bar Number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX ( FAX ) decided to file an unlawful default judgment to garnish all of my money-exempt funds at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to their deceptive and unlawful garnishment of my unemployment benefits, 401k indirect rollover, and federal aid leaving me with XXXX available funds. I am having a difficult time trying to feed my kids, keeping running water and electricity, paying for gas maintaining basic needs due to having exempt funds seized and left with absolutely no money to even pay for water. Despite my several attempts in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to remedy this, the previous law firm continued to transfer me to different reps and even provided an invalid number. Then mention that they no longer have my debt and it's transferred. I lost my job in XX/XX/XXXX, got sick, and did not get paid for taking XXXX.
