However, it has been more than 30 days and I have not received a response regarding my investigation. The status date on my credit report has not changed, which means they are clearly not investigating the accounts. I discovered multiple billing errors under 15 U.S Code 1666 ( b ) billing error, including the creditor 's failure to properly reflect a payment made by me and a computation error on a statement. Despite my initial request, I have not received any hard proof from the creditor 's bank account that proves I did not pay and was marked late. Therefore, I am still adamant that these errors were purely billing errors, and I urge you to rectify them promptly. Furthermore, I request that the following items be updated on my consumer report, as agreed As a consumer, I have the right to have these accounts updated immediately, in compliance with the law. Failure to do so may result in me seeking monetary compensation for violation of my rights in small claims court in my city and state under 15 USC 1681n civil liability.
