I filed a dispute to the three credit bureaus about a bankruptcy REF XXXX XXXXXXXX being reported on my file and all the agencies responded that they validated the information with court. So, I wrote the court and asked them how they validate information being reported to the credit bureaus and their response was, ( we do not report to any case information to credit bureaus ). See attached response. So either all three credit bureaus made a clerical error in their response to me, or they simply lied to me. Either way, the reporting requirements do not comply with FCRA 611 ( 15 USC & 1616811 ) Nor do they comply with ( 15 USC 1681e ) Compliance Procedures for ( Maximum Possible Accuracy ). Therefore they must delete the information immediately.
