I have a loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX, now Community Bank in NY. It's for a used atv. I want to pay it off. XXXX is the monthly payment. The bank is telling me the payoff is the total of the monthly payments. I'm being forced to pay interest on a loan. I am not able to just pay a principal amount. This is the second time I'm filing a complaint. The first time they responded and said that was right.
