When i reviewed my credit report, i noticed that some of the information is erroneous and inaccurate. The items in question are : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The credit reporting agency must validate these items in line with sections 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Failing to properly verify these items asked in the dispute without providing proof within the period allowed by law is in violation of my rights under FCRA! I sent Experian a letter asking for verification of accounts XX/XX/XXXX in which Experian replied with the accounts have been verified as accurate and closed the dispute. As a follow up i sent a letter in response to them, asking how they verified these accounts on XX/XX/XXXX. I received response via Experian website where i have an account to track my report and they verified these same accounts as accurate. These accounts on my credit report are statused INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY. I have pointed out to Experian that there is no Bankruptcy reported on my credit report in the letter i sent XX/XX/XXXX but i still received a verified response with no proof of verification. Section 15 USC 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Furthermore, under 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information any adverse items of information, other than records by more than seven years. Experian has violated my rights under FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT on numerous occasions and the erroneous information has been injurious to my credit, by listing accounts that i have mentioned above and i demand these items are removed from my credit report immedietly! I am a ligatious consumer and fully intend to pursue ligation in this matter to enforce my rights under FCRA. Please see the attached correspondence that i sent to EXPERIAN as well as the CREDIT REPORT from XX/XX/XXXX ( the date of this complaint ) showing the highlighted accounts i included as well as the public records where there is no bankruptcy!
