THIS IS MY SECOND NOTICE/OPPORTUNITY to CURE! I am FRUSTRATED THAT THESE COMPANIES ARE CONTINUOSLY VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AND IF THEY DONT 'S REMOVE THESE ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY, I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT!! In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, these companies have violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose DELETE THESE ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY FROM THE CREDIT REPORT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HELD FOR {$1000.00} PER VIOLATION!!! I am writing to inform you that there is 100 % improper use of the credit report. Attached to the SSN! XXXX, XXXX, and EXPERIAN HAVE 1000 % VIOLATED THE FCRA, AND XXXXM HIGHLY XXXX ABOUT THIS. I looked over the credit report and found some addresses that appear incorrect. Not only did I find addresses, but I ALSO FOUND TONS OF INACCURATE INFORMATION OF THE CREDIT REPORT. INCLUDING ACCOUNTS THAT I NEVER GAVE YOU WRITTEN PERMISSION TO ADD ON ANY INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT REPORTS! As instructed on your website, Ive enclosed documentation providing proof of my current address, social security card, id passport, drivers license, and insurance card. This is the final step BEFORE TAKING THIS INACCURATE, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN FRONT OF A JUDGE. Under the FCRA, ONLY CORRECT INFORMATION SHALL BE ADDED TO A CONSUMERS CREDIT REPORT, and the information on the XXXX, XXXX, AND EXPERIAN credit report isnt accurate AND ITS COMPLETE XXXX. Ive spoken to a lawyer, and he told me that I COULD EASILY take THIS to court AND FINE XXXX, XXXX, and EXPERIAN, TO REMOVE ALL OF THESE FRAUDULENT INCORRECT ACCOUNTS FROM THIS CREDIT REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THIS LETTER. YES, I WANT THE ENTIRE ACCOUNT FULLY WHIPPED OFF THE CREDIT REPORT WITH NO FRAUD REMARKS OR DISPUTE COMMENTS REMARKS LETS ON THE CREDIT REPORT. IF THESE FRAUDULENT, INACCURATE ACCOUNTS DO NOT COME OFF THE CREDIT REPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS THE LAWYER HANDLING THIS MATTER SAID HE WILL BE TAKING MASSIVE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE FOLLOWING COPORTATIONS FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN.
