I have been disputing an incorrect item on my XXXX credit report since XXXX. Instead of investigating XXXX continues to accept Zion Debt Holdings word for the incorrect item. I have personally requested that Zion Debt Holdings send ME verification of the account, such as, the name and telephone voice recording of who originally ordered the service from XXXX , the date of the request, the billing address given, and the name on the credit card securing the order. Zions Debt Holding has NOT provided this information to me or to XXXX. I have never received a bill for this account because I do not now nor have I ever had an account with them. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX under doctor 's care and the stress of this is further damaging my health. I have maintained excellent credit for more than 60 years. This incorrect collection on my credit report has knocked my XXXX score down from XXXX to below 700. I keep trying to contact XXXX about this, but their phone number takes me to a robot telephone loop. My complaint is about XXXX AND Zion Debt Holdings. Because of my age, I feel totally taken advantage of that borders on elder abuse. I have no documents to submit, because I did not order this service, have never received a bill. I don't know how to upload my letters to Zion Debt Holdings or XXXX. May I send you copies through the mail?
