Consumer Narrative

Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 USC section 1681i, and other Metro 2 Compliance requirements, parroting an e-Oscar system does not constitute a due diligent investigative effort. For instance, to no avail, I have made repeated requests to receive a description of the procedure used ( or documents used ) to determine the accuracy and completeness of adverse trade lines and collection items. This request obligates credit reporting agencies to provide consumers with the business name and address ( of any debt furnisher -- serviced in connection with collection information ) ; and, the telephone number of the debt furnisher. Still, if an account or trade line is modified ( with updated balance information ; i.e., validated ) or deleted, carbon copies are required to be sent to each credit reporting agency ( with whom the debt furnisher has a reporting relationship ). Again, because there is no evidence of Metro 2 Compliance ; i.e., viewable carbon copies, I request the above errant trade lines removed. Currently, as noted, this credit reporting agency is in violation of the letter and spirit of the following statute : 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ] ( 6 ) ( B ) Contents. As part of, or in addition to, the notice under subparagraph ( A ), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in writing before the expiration of the 5-day period referred to in subparagraph ( A ) ; ( iii ) a notice that, if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall provide to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if available. Finally, an itemized list of charges, fees and etc ... does not prove or offer evidence of a debt. Regarding the above-alleged trade lines and collections, to prove debt and consumer reporting agencies ' findings, I formally request evidence of my wet signatures.
