Caine and Weiner has willfully violated me as a consumer. The company has disregarded my rights as a consumer. The first communication was initiated by me. I noticed there was an account furnishing on my report that Caine & Weiner is attempting to collect. I did not receive any communication or opportunity to dispute before this company furnished this to the CRAs. A cease and desist was put in place with specific instructions. I asked for Caine and Weiner to stop reporting and delete the account. They placed it in C & D status but refused to remove this account. They refused to validate or adhere to the FDCPA. This situation has been a complete nightmare.
