I submitted A dispute to both XXXX and transunion for removal of all five of the student loan accounts from XXXX XXXX of education as all five loans have been discharged and I was advised all accounts would be removed from all three credit files. I submitted A copy of the letter to each credit bureau and XXXX refused to remove these five accounts. I have attached the letter with this complaint for review to insure these student loan accounts are successful removed from my credit file.
