I sent two letters on two separate dates disputing debt to the debt collector, asking debt to be verified ( see attached documents ). Initial letter sent was sent on XX/XX/2023, sent certified to collection company regarding three accounts listed with account numbers on letter. The collection agency sent me an unsigned copy of a generic credit contract the company uses ( see attached ) and pages of credit card statements to an address that does not belong to me for all three accounts. I then sent a follow up letter on XX/XX/2023 certified return receipt demanding the collection agency send me verification with my wet signature and proof this is my debt, and the agency sent the same documents as was sent prior. In addition, I have asked the collection agency to cease from further collection actions, removal of debt from credit reports since the debt has not been properly verified under the CFPB rules. I urge you to please review the attached documents and assist me with the removal of these accounts on my credit report. I appreciate any and all assistance you are able to provide.
