In XX/XX/2022, I took advantage of a 0 % interest rate for XXXX months with XXXX. I balance transferred {$3000.00} from my XXXX XXXX credit card to XXXX. Then in about XXXX weeks I noticed the XXXX was on both cards. The XXXX was up XXXX. The XXXX XXXX still showed the full balance. I called XXXX. They said that XXXX XXXX list the payment and was never cashed. XXXX said they put a stop payment on the check and issued a new XXXX check to XXXX XXXXXXXX. Then I received a notice from XXXX I was over my credit limit snd my credit score was decreased. I gave credit monitoring. So XXXX XXXXXXXX cashed both XXXX checks sent. Now Im over in XXXX and have lost sbout XXXX points in my credit score. No one at XXXX will help me get this fixed. I want my credit repaired and XXXX sent back to XXXX XXXX. Please help!
