On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified that I had a late payment with XXXX bank when I contacted XXXX bank they admitted that they made a mistake when they purchased XXXX bank and that is all automatic payments did not migrate to their system. I was under the impression that my payments to truest bank are being deducted from my bank account as it was in the past with XXXX that turned out to be not the case on XXXX different occasions I talked with XXXX bank representative and they all admitted that the bank had made an error in the reporting but they kept telling me that I have to file a credit dispute with the credit agencies which I did in the credit agencies came back all XXXX of them that the information is correct and the debt was late they never took the time to investigate this simply just reaffirmed the debt on XX/XX/2023 I talk to XXXX XXXX XXXX and her supervisor at XXXX bank XXXX XXXX XXXX who also admitted that the bank had made an error but she said that she couldnt do anything about it it is now in the hands of the credit agencies. If the credit agencies are reporting false information that is extremely damaging to my reputation and my financial well-being they should be held accountable I would appreciate your help in this matter as my credit score dropped by 100 points because of the credit agencies actions as well as XXXX XXXX actions
