According to the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ' 611 ( a ) [ 15 USC 1681i ( a ), I asked Experian, XXXX and XXXX to do a proper investigation and a proper validation constituting this item showing as a collection on my credit report. They failed to provide in documentation that I requested of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals they contacted during their investigation. I asked to please delete the item if they can not provide proof of what I requested but instead they updated the item and stated ( Our reinvestigation of the dispute ( s ) and/or other request ( s ) you recently submitted is now complete. If we were able to make changes to your credit report based on information you provided, or if you requested the addition of a statement, we have done so. ) They did not provide any information that I requested.
