I took out a loan with XXXX XXXX al in XXXX of XXXX. I have always paid my payments on time and I have never been late. In XXXX of XXXX a company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX reported me late. I have never had an account with this company. XXXX XXXX XXXX placed a thirty day late on my credit report. Subsequently, when I contacted XXXX XXXX they said the information was correct. I paid XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and this AXXXX XXXX XXXX took the money out of my account on XX/XX/XXXX which shows that I paid XXXX XXXX on time. Unfortunately, I was set up with Automatic Payments with XXXX XXXX XXXX l and XXXX XXXX who acts like a loan shark XXXX XXXX tried to take several payments out of my account. XXXX XXXX XXXX caused me to get over {$200.00} in bank fees. XXXX XXXX XXXX tried to take another payment illegally on XX/XX/XXXX, and then reported my account as late. XXXX XXXX XXXX is not my lender and they XXXX XXXX does not do same day payments which shows the money they took from my account on XX/XX/XXXX, so my payment was not late. XXXX XXXX XXXX has bad business practices because they tried to take more than one payment from me on six different attempts. I had automatic payments set up with XXXX XXXX XXXX and I didn't give XXXX permission to take any money out of my account. The payment I made to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, was the only payment that should have came out of my account. I paid my XXXX payment on time XX/XX/XXXX. I have never taken a loan out with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX l and it was wrong for them to try six times to take money out of my account illegally and then report me late. I never did business with this XXXX XXXX XXXX
