I am attaching all letters sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) along with proof of delivery and copies of certified mail documents. On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed out TWO ( 2 ) extensive letters to XXXX regarding DISPUTED and ALLEGED DEBT on two accounts that they claim I allegedly owe them money on. XXXX did receive these letters since both collection accounts were marked as disputed on my credit reports shortly thereafter. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. On XX/XX/XXXX I resent both letters via certified mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in an envelope packet that was received at XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at their XXXX, VA address. Again, NO RESPONSE. XXXX was provided with my current address ; a copy of my utility bill verifying my current address ; a copy of my Social Security Card ; and, a copy of my drivers license ( which shows an older address not used since moving to my current address on XXXX XXXX in XXXX ). Since XXXX has ignored my numerous attempts to contact them, I am demanding they DELETE and REMOVE all reporting to ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. Furthermore, I demand that they extinguish their claim to the alleged debts they claim I owe.
