Consumer Narrative
I am submitting this because XXXX XXXX XXXX received a Billing Error Dispute notice from me dated XX/XX/2022 to both addresses provided by them at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX California, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Nevada, XXXX. Attached is a copy of the Billing Error Notice and other correspondence between myself and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Documentary evidence required to resolve a Billing Error dispute must be accompanied by the general ledger in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and signed by the person responsible for maintaining the ledger. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, Rule 1002 states that I am entitled to the original. My recent Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX consumer reports show that neither of you three properly investigated the accuracy or validity of the information before being furnished and reported. This account should be reporting as open, current, with no late payments, zero debt utilization, zero past due, and paid as agreed. Not taking the time to conduct a proper investigation, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, before allowing false and prohibited information to to be furnished and reported on my behalf has caused my reputation to be tarnished and my character defamed especially since your scoring system is based on my transactions and experiences. A few examples of my transactions and experiences are my payment history, credit limit, and debt utilization. Since all of those factors I listed affect my credit rating and score you are all currently aiding and abetting XXXX XXXX XXXX in committing fraud and extortion. By advertising this alleged debt to me and or any other person through any means, including but not limited to a consumer report, you all may be participating in debt collection practices and acting as financial institutions. Advertising this alleged debt, which directly affects my credit score and rating, is an indirect way of helping to collect the amount of the alleged debt from me by coercing payment to XXXX XXXX XXXX. However I do comprehend that sometimes things get overlooked, mistakes are made, and errors happen. Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX, please take the time to thoroughly investigate this account and gather all the lawful documentation needed to resolve this issue. Please send me copies of all information and documentation used during this investigation to my current address. As previously stated XXXX XXXX XXXX received a Billing Error Notice and this account should be reporting as open, current, with no late payments, zero debt utilization, zero past due, and paid as agreed. The disputed amount in the billing error notice may have increased since the date of the notice but does not change the fact that my account should be reporting as open, current, with no late payments, zero debt utilization, zero past due, and paid as agreed.
