Midland credit has tried to repeatedly keep contacting me in reference to a debt that I have already resolved as a settlement and paid an installment. I sent them a letter to ceased and desist communication I received notification that they were not, and I explained that it had been paid as a settlement in installments only to be notified that I will be sued. Im still continuing to get phone calls and letters in reference to this and it even contacted the company who they are utilizing to sue me ask for a callback to show that I have proof of payments, and Ive yet to receive a call back from Midland credit manager is still harassing me And I sent the letter to them in writing, Asking them to cease and desist on all communication and they have not.
